Another update on the 10.2 release:

The build for the last runtime repository, Kogito Apps, has now started.

Regarding Kogito Runtime, we encountered another issue where a new Gradle
test module broke the javadoc release build. I have disabled it to move
forward and created the following ticket to track the fix:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-issues/issues/2274
