Hi Kennedy,

I wanted to follow up and see if you could share an update on the release
status. I took a look at the repositories, and while some now have 10.2.x
branches, I noticed the versions are still set to 999-SNAPSHOT, which
suggests the automation may not have completed successfully.

I also noticed that kie-tools doesn't appear to have been branched yet,
which could put us at risk of getting out of sync with the rest of the
release.

Could you provide some clarity on the current state and next steps?
