Hi Andrew, It’s great to hear that you already have a list of classes to convert into interfaces on your side. Would you consider adding the ConsumerGroupOffset class to that list and converting it into an interface as part of the changes you already have planned?
>From my perspective, that would be really helpful, as I’m keen to see this KIP brought to completion. However, it’s not critical for me to personally make the commit to the Kafka repository.
