GEODE-2687: Ensure three tests for SSL authentication.
- Remove unnecessary header file by merging its code
into the source file.
- Ensure failure in the absence of the expected
exception in testThinClientSSLAuthFail.
- Add testThinClientSSLAuthCorrupt for a corrupted
client keystore.
- Add testThinClientSSLAuthUntrusted for an untrusted
client keystore.
