Summary: native client cmake build should honor GEODE_HOME

The native client build currently looks for a GEODE_ROOT variable. However, the
convention in the java project and the geode-examples is to use a GEODE_HOME
environment variable to specify the location of geode. The native client build
should look for this environment variable.
