Hi devs,

First of all, sincere apologies to Keith; I somehow missed his comments. We
already discussed this, and we will work together during the
implementation to address everything.

Having said that, the vote for FIP-17 Support Full KV Scan for Primary Key
Tables has passed.

There are 3 binding and 3 non-binding:
* Yang Wang (non-binding)
* Nicholas Jiang (binding)
* Lorenzo Affeti (non-binding)
* Jark Wu (binding)
* Anton Borisov (non-binding)
* Keith Lee (binding)

Thanks a lot.

Best,
Giannis
