We might potentially look at splitting it out into a different transformer (or action.) The useful thing about this implementation is that it allows standard XML posts to an arbitrary server. IE: It doesn't require the posting of SOAP payloads, or param/value pairs - which helps people with pre-SOAP legacy apps. The cinclude transformer has similar functionality, except it that requires p/v pairs be defined.
