I can't follow the logic in that.

Anyway, you could be waiting for a very long time, if not forever, for
those actions to appear. I.o.w. if you want them, you'll have to create
them (and since it's only a few lines of code, it's no big deal). I'm
not even sure we would accept them as patches...
