We receive secure emails from wells fargo and have for years, using the website provided in their link which is https and contains voltage-pp-0000.wellsfargo.com
Recently a number of users can no longer access the secure email website in firefox. Any other browser is fine. It returns "This connection is untrusted" with the error "sec_error_unknown_issuer" and no option for "I understand the risks" There are currently 3 users reporting this issue. I have no problem opening the website to access the emails. All users are using version 37.0.2 of firefox. and upgrade to version 40 did not alleviate the issue. I have tried the following: - Clearing the cache - "forget about this site" - There is no option for "open in frame" - I've tried calling up the "chrome://pippki/content/exceptionDialog.xul" to and added the site security exception. No change. - I've uninstalled and reinstalled - I've upgraded. Any suggestion appreciated. Thanks.
