Does that command list the certificates which where stored using the Siemens software?
Important: If the certificates are issued from a chained CA, then you must add all CA certificates in the chain to Thunderbird. The CA root must be trusted. Maybe you've got those CA certs installed in your TB on Windows but not on Linux? Just trying to exclude potential failures.
