Not that it matters much or has much relevance, but this email address is route-able and a working account. It goes to servage.net obviously. The headers of the mail would most likely suggest the same. What's more worry-some is the fact that her friend uses her PC the same time she uses it to perform (or supposed to) CA related actions and has access to private information of subscribers.
