Hi Eddy, The Certstar system sends an email if a customer does not complete his/ her signup. Sometimes customers need help or have questions.
The follow-up email does not indicate that we would have issued a certificate to www.verisign.com. We simply ask if there is anything we can do to assist the user before signing up.
