This is almost like a discussion about "theory" versus "practice".
As a researcher in this field, I'd hoped that the gap would diminish over
time but it seems that is actually widening!
Can you elaborate? I'm not getting the "security" aspect in relation to
what we were discussing here and Facebook Connect. Just for your
knowledge, major companies have thrown their weight behind OpenID
including Google, Yahoo, IBM, Microsoft and others. Facebook is on its
own...
