My understanding is that this root and it hierarchy at present are not 
being used for DV certs, but Comodo could do so in future, per the 
existing CPS. We went through the issue of Comodo DV certs on a previous 
request; if you recall, my final determination was that the practices of 
issuing wildcard DV certs and long-lived DV certs, though potentially 
problematic, were not in my opinion sufficient to justify denying the 
request. That's my position in this case as well.
