I am not familiar with GnuTLS, but I don't believe GnuTLS could have such a serious problem. I believe you're referring to Howard Chu's posting "GnuTLS considered harmful" on openldap-devel: http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg02484.html That problem didn't cause Howard Chu to choose NSS over GnuTLS because "OpenSSL works for [him]": http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg02500.html But for people who are considering GnuTLS for GPL compatibility, NSS's triple license indeed also meets that requirement.
