No reason at all; in fact, technically we have two in public discussion right now (GlobalSign and T-Systems). The major bottleneck is collecting the CA information and getting the last 10% of questions answered. Kathleen Wilson has some CAs that are in that stage now, and I've asked Gerv Markham to start the process on two more. There are also a couple of CAs that got bogged down at the public discussion stage earlier, and I'm going to see if we can move them forward.
