I obviously don't have any knowledge of the internals of the FF PKCS#11
device code but as far as I can see FF makes absolutely no attempt to prompt
for a PKCS#11 device password when you plug a smartcard in. It's only when
you try to browse to an HTTPS site that the prompt pops up.
