I took a look, and currently the list of webidl files used to generate
bindings is created in component/script/CMakeLists.txt (around line 32).
I think we could instead implement the cmake script functionality in
component/script/build.rs where we have access to the features set when
compiling. That would allow filtering of unwanted files.
