This sounds like a great idea.... Or at least that component peers receive notifications that something is about to change when no reviewers from the peers are included...
Several times we've encountered unexplained regressions, which could have been avoided if the right peer had been notified.
DOM components explicitly require a DOM peers for review. I'm not suggesting it becomes the same for all components however... But a very visible suggestion to add component peers in the reviewer list would be awesome.
