That's a big part of it. I've also had it fail randomly and for unobvious
reasons (especially if you have some kind of unconventional hg install) and
then had to figure out why. And of course it means you need to install and
maintain hg and cinnabar, not just git. It's just another piece of wacky
custom machinery that we make devs suffer through.
