as part of the Thunderbird Xpcshell test suite we're running many M-C
Xpcshell tests. On Mac debug we're seeing:

I filed bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1399746 but
somehow I don't feel that the TB team can address this.
