As I understand it, Firefox: Extension Compatibility was a component where we made Firefox product changes to support extension compat. But it's true that most of the things that get filed there are "extension X broke in Firefox version N". I expect WebExtensions to make this better, but in the meantime I'm not sure who should own this component or what is welcome or unwelcome there.
