Still left to do:
- switching local builds to gtk3 (bug 1186229)
- deciding whether it's ready to actually ride the trains
- deciding how to handle the situation for people who don't have gtk3
  installed on their system. Currently, firefox will silently fail to
  restart after the upgrade.
