The only thing I can see here is that I can force single
requests/channels into private mode, which means they won't persist
cookies, sessionStorage, cache entries, etc. All other means of tracking
navigation by rewriting links before clicking and then redirecting, or
firing a sync XHR do still work and probably can't be disabled because
they would break the web.
