I've just built firefox 53.03 on Ubuntu 19.04, and when I run it there is an
issue with text display. The spacing is odd in places and there are many faint
reddish lines and/or dots between many characters. There is also a stream of
errors being reported in the terminal window from which I ran firefox, and they
appear to be the same error reported over and over again. (Sample show below).
I'd be grateful for any advice on how to find and fix whatever is causing the
problematic text display. Thanks very much.
