should probably swap the paragraphs to place "With Core Mercurial"

Someone unfamiliar with the developer community of a tool and practice
tends to be conservative, and thus I opted to file a bug to the URL in
the first paragraph, but I only noticed while typing the entry that it
is after all a part of bugzilla.mozilla.org (!).
