+1 to splitting Core :: Build Config -- I can't believe you (try to) stay
on top of it as is :)

To ahal's point about the TC and releng products, I've always found the
split a little confusing, since most things in the build system that I
touch span at least two of the three pieces.  It seems to me that spanning
work items want a ticket for each subsystem in each subsystem's product.
That suggests that the last item (Build System :: automation jobs and
tasks) is redundant, as ahal states.
