+1 to this. But we already have two top-level products in `Taskcluster` and `Release Engineering` for CI. I'd prefer if the `Build System` product had nothing to do with CI/jobs/tasks (i.e drop the last component and I'm happy).

I know we've had this conversation in the past. I agree there are merits to a single bucket for everything. Part of this email is me following the philosophy that you should always re-evaluate past decisions and see if they are still justified. So, are there any changes since last time we considered this that would warrant a Bugzilla restructure?
