The final output files can be found in your <obj-dir>\dist\bin folder. You can use |mach run| to start the Thunderbird build with a fresh test profile. Or use |mach package| to create a .zip file in <obj-dir>\dist folder containing only the Thunderbird files in case you want to deploy it somewhere else.
