Thanks. I agree 11% CPU feels too high, but at the same time gnome-shell
is quite non-trivial and not a lightweight shell.
It would be nice if someone could reduce the CPU usage but I don't see
the problem as being so severe that everyone would agree it's a bug, or
that it would be easy to improve.

Bug description:
During normal work load on gnome-shell, it's CPU usage is less than 1%.
But while playing a YouTube video in Firefox, usage jump to 10-15% and causes
the fan to spin loud.
