Also adding a gdk-pixbuf task because updating glycin to version 2.0
allows us to enable the optional (but very much wanted) dependency on
glycin to replace the CVE-nightmare image decoders in gdk-pixbuf with
the much more secure decoders from glycin (through a gdk-pixbuf->glycin
API wrapper)

Bug description:
mutter 49 will add a new dependency on glycin >= 2.0:
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/4554

glycin 2.0 is currently available as a beta release:
  https://download.gnome.org/sources/glycin/2.0/

Updating glycin to version 2.0 will require a transition of its C library
from SONAME 1 to 2.
There are no current users of the C library.
