This was reported for 20.04 which reached it's end of support.
I cannot reproduce it in 25.10. In case this is still a bug in any
supported release, please comment so that the bug can be re-opened, and
add a reproduction case to the bug description.

When I run 2 sessions almost contemporarily the second one fails to load. I
always see it by running a normal session and, immediately after, an incognito
mode session.
