[nvidia] Frozen black screen after resume from suspend

Bug description:
Using suspend/sleep, after wake up I can see black screen and mouse
cursor and it's not moving, typically keyboard input is not
responding, tho last time it responded to switching to different tty
after disconnecting and connecting all USB devices back. Rarely I can
then log back in but the UI is buggy/not displaying properly therefore
reboot is neccesarry. ubutnu-bug only has x-org when talking about
display porblems but Im on Wayland.
