Public bug reported:

It's essentially this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1796265

When I lock my Ubuntu (Super+L) and then unlock it, all extensions
except AppIndicators are "grey enabled". Not disabled, but grey.

I have a fairly standard Ubuntu fresh install (6 days old) and I did
nothing fancy except the following:

```
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences focus-new-windows 'smart'
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences auto-raise 'true'
```
