Public bug reported:

Configured polkit rules and pkla (and multiple combinations) to get
udisksctl mount -b /dev/sd? to mount the drive wihout superuser
authentication. This used to work in Ubuntu 20.04 but does not work for
Ubuntu 24.04.

Details for what I tried are in this ask.ubuntu post
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1545237/udisksctl-mount-continues-asking-for-authentication-despite-polkit-config-to-all

I've repeated same behavior on multiple machines.
