Public bug reported: Moving Lines or Colons without overwriting other Lines/Colons is possible in Libreoffice Calc under Xorg by pressing the Alt Key during Drag&Drop as described in following Table at Line "Alt Key":

It would be nice if there exist a Workaround eg. by another Meta-Keys.
