Xrandr is an X tool, that's not really a but that it doesn't work in
wayland, you can rotate the screen from the settings

Using xrandr to turn screen when switching to tablet mode on laptop
(using different orientation).
This not working when on wayland
xrandr -o normal
xrandr -o inverted
