Thanks, closing that report then. Your multimonitor layout issue seems a
bug but not in the filemanager, feel free to report a new ticket on the
gnome-shell component for that. (the desktop icon reshuffling is another
known issue and deprecated in the current unstable Ubuntu serie since
nautilus removed the desktop view in favor of a new component)

the second screen is black except a smal stripe with the background, which is
as big as the Unity Launcher. Only the mouse could be seen in front of the
black on this Monitor. Applications are not able to be seen in the black area.
A Printscreen show the whole desktop.
