Title:
Ubuntu 18: Network icon shows question mark after connected to wifi,
  not wifi radio strength icon

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Currently my laptop has freshly installed ubuntu 18. Since from last week,
whenever I connect to the wifi though being connected, the wifi icon shows as
question mark which is weird.
Looked at previous bugs I suspect that this might be dns issue due to the
packages problems.
