Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an issue? Can this bug report now be closed? Instead, you only see the HTML page, rendering chromium unusable. One has to restart it. This is partly a regression, because until one week ago, there was a workaround by moving the mouse to the window top and clicking on "leaving fullscreen mode". This feature was switched off in a recent update, so you have to press F11 -- which does not work.
