Public bug reported:
I'm reporting this bug against Chromium as I'm not seeing this issue
with any other application apart from Google Chrome. Please reassign if
Chromium is not at fault.
For several releases of Chromium I've not been able to use the "Other
bookmarks" menu after I have brought my laptop out of suspend mode. The
menu button highlights when clicked with the mouse but the menu doesn't
drop down.
After restarting the browser normal operation of that menu is restored.
