Thank you for your bug report, what's your issue with libunity exactly? It's a 
small library, it was used in 16.10 as well and it doesn't change the UI, it 
just makes nautilus send informations to the system so the unity launcher can 
display extra informations.
Is your issue with other changes or with libunity?

Bug description:
  I was under impression that unity is gone from main support. So what
  is with libunity dependency in nautilus 3.25? Version 3.24 was working
  fine without it.

  And nautilus(and probably others gnome apps) should be without those
  headerbar/titlebar patches. Please leave it as it is. If someone wants
  to use nautilus in other desktop it probably wants to use like it was
  meant to be(I know you could use export XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=GNOME, but
  why force ugly, out of place title bar for gnome apps designed not to
  use one...
