  apt-cache policy gstreamer0.10 reports Unable to locate package gstreamer0.10
  Movie player to open and play video DVD
  Asks if you want to install codecs then reports movie player requires DVD 
subpicture decoder but reports not available
  This is a regression as the video DVD plays correctly in Karmic
