I'm attaching a second file, rotated 90 degrees clockwise, with a few numbers typed in. As you will see, they go in straight but appear sideways. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with Document Viewer 3.4.0 using poplar/cairo 0.18.4.

For an example, go to http://www.nesa.org/ and open the NESA application PDF. Go to page 4 of 6. See the sideways (landscape) form. Rotate it so you can read it, and try filling it out. Your letters and numbers will appear sideways. Ubuntu 9.10, Document Viewer 2.28.1 using poppler 0.12.0 (cairo) e-mail me for any clarifications. very gratefully, David Tabor To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/594426/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
