Title:
network-manager periodically disconnects
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
For most of the time I have a relatively strong signal to my home
router. However, every so often the connection disconnects. When I
click on the list of available networks sometimes my home network is
listed, other times none are listed at all. When it is listed, when
you click on it it fails to connect. It just has the "connecting" icon
then comes up with disconnected. I have to manually restart the
network manager (service network-manager restart).
I have not had this problem with my netbook, which is running Jaunty.
