Public bug reported:

Crash occurred when selecting a file via a GTK file chooser portal
(triggered from Telegram Desktop's "attach file" dialog), which opened
Nautilus's file picker. Nautilus crashed almost immediately after the
picker window opened while the file list was loading.

Stack trace shows the crash inside GTK4's accessibility tree code,
in gtk_accessible_get_next_accessible_sibling(), called via
g_list_store_splice() from Nautilus's own list-view population code.

No screen reader (Orca) was running at the time; screen-reader-enabled
is false in gsettings.

This looks related to LP #2148631 (nautilus crashed with SIGSEGV in
gtk_accessible_value_unref()) — same GtkAccessible subsystem, different
specific function, and that bug was reportedly fixed in gtk4 4.22.4,
which is the version installed here, suggesting this may be a separate
but related regression in the same code area.

Package versions:
- nautilus 1:50.0-0ubuntu2
- libgtk-4.so.1 (gtk4 4.22.4+ds-0ubuntu0.1)
- libadwaita-1-1.9.0-0ubuntu1
