Follow-up Comment #2:
I've looked into this, and copying them to other bars is only useful if you
want to print a part - by default, they only appear above the topmost part.
That is, they are in the same category as "Marks".
This will be because it is the standard music typesetting practice (i.e. it is
LilyPond's default, not something Denemo chooses).
I don't know how easy it would be to tell LilyPond to output the first and/or
second time markings above subsequent parts - a question for the LilyPond user
list if you really want to do it.
Of course, the syntax to do this can be added to Denemo if it is useful to
anyone.
