Follow-up Comment #3, bug #51744 (project denemo):
Indeed I could not reproduce it because I used the command File->Print->Print
with Ambitus which is working. You must have used Staff/Voices->Staff
Properties->Ambitus (Off/On) which is broken.
I've fixed it now in git version 2.2.1 (binaries will be built overnight).
