I know about tremolo - I play mandolin!
What I wanted I found under Notes Markings Articulations Arpeggio.
Playback doesn't seem to recognise it (and if it did it would be
arguable as to what it should do!!)

It's called Tremolo. For some reason there is even a shortcut in Denemo
for it!
