Hi Matteo,

I was talking to mailto:[email protected] in bug 1117510, and it sounded
like he had already prepared minizip-ng in parallel with me (at
https://salsa.debian.org/jljusten/minizip-ng/-/blob/4.0.10/debian/control?ref_type=heads
), so it seems like we are going to go with his upload now.

(seems like I may have accidentally hit reply instead of reply all at one point
in that thread and caused it to get missed from the bug report comments).

He also shared this link to his blender build that he mentioned was working (
https://salsa.debian.org/jljusten/blender/-/commits/4.5.3 ), but I haven't had
a chance to test either myself yet.

Jordan, is there anything you would like help with on either of those, or are
they ready for Matteo to review?

I've seen the bage's reply and I'll take care of merging Jordan's repo to
Debian's (possibly re-creating it on salsa), excluding the non-free stuff on
importing the tarballs.
I started working on a local copy of minizip-ng before opening the issue on
OCIO's GH [1] but then lost interest in fixing the problem. I'll merge my stuff
with Jordan's to use the best of both.
Once tested and lintian approved, I'll upload to NEW. Once in archives, I'll
update the OCIO package and blender eventually.

Thanks.
